New to 991jl? Create a free account
Your 991jl account is your gateway to everything on the platform — from slot games and live casino tables to sports betting on PBA, NBA, boxing, and international football. Logging in is quick, and the process is built with your security in mind every step of the way.
Whether you are signing in from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else in the Philippines, your account works the same. The platform is accessible via any modern browser on your phone or laptop, and through the 991jl mobile app if you have it installed. Everything syncs to your account in real time, including your PHP balance, active bets, and available promotions.
If this is your first time on the site and you do not have an account yet, registration is free and takes just a few minutes. Head over to the Register page to get started.
991jl gives you two login options depending on what is more convenient for you at the moment.
The standard login method. Enter the username or mobile number you registered with, followed by your password. This is the fastest option when you are on a personal device and have your credentials ready.
Prefer not to type your password? Use OTP login instead. Enter your registered Philippine mobile number and a one-time password will be sent via SMS. Enter the OTP to access your account. This method is useful when you are on a new device or cannot remember your password.
Keeping your 991jl account safe is a shared responsibility. The platform uses SSL encryption on all connections and requires OTP verification for sensitive actions, but there are habits on your end that make a real difference.
Your 991jl password should be different from the one you use on other apps or sites. A combination of letters, numbers, and symbols works best. Avoid using your name, birthdate, or mobile number as your password.
Legitimate 991jl staff will never ask for your password or OTP. If anyone contacts you requesting this information, do not provide it and report it immediately through our support channels.
Logging in over an open network at a café or mall increases the risk of someone intercepting your connection. Use mobile data or a trusted home network whenever possible.
If you ever log in from a device that others have access to — a family computer, a friend's phone — always log out before handing the device back. Do not check the "Keep me logged in" box on shared devices.
If you notice bets, withdrawals, or account changes you did not make, contact the 991jl support team right away. The sooner an issue is flagged, the faster it can be resolved.
Once you are logged in, the entire 991jl platform is right there. Here is a quick rundown of what you can access straight away:
