1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 991jl platform, including the website at 991jl.vu, the mobile app, and all services offered through these channels. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on 991jl. Deposits made using methods not listed above may be declined or reversed.
